Our condominium is in the Peak 9 Inn (formally known as Liftside) at The Village of Breckenridge complex and is located at 535 South Park Avenue. It is on the sixth floor.
Breckenridge is located approximately 110 miles from Denver. From Denver, travel west on I-70 to Exit 203 (Frisco and Breckenridge Exit). Go south on Highway 9 for 10 miles to Breckenridge. Highway 9 leads to Main Street if you go straight through the roundabout and continue south. You will first need to stop at Ski Colorado Vacation Rentals (SCVR) at 245 S. Ridge Street, Suite #A in Breckenridge, to pick up the keys and parking permit. To get to SCVR, turn east (left) onto Washington Street and one block up is South Ridge Street. Turn south (right) onto South Ridge Street. SCVR is on the the northwest corner of Adams and Ridge. KEYS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL 4PM. If you arrive after hours or the office is closed, keys and parking permit (if paid for) will be in a package in the late check-in box marked “mail” on the exterior of the building next to the east door facing Ridge Street. Your name but not the unit number will be on the package. After getting your keys, turn right onto Adams and return to Main Street then going south as before, turn west (right) onto Park Avenue. About half a block down on the left you will see The Peak 9 Inn and an oval sign “The Village At Breckenridge” (immediately after The Village Hotel.) Turn left into the drop off area and proceed by taking the second right into the garage. Inside the garage, turn at the first left and hold your parking permit in front of the reader to open the door to get into the heated section of the garage. Be sure to display your permit on your rearview mirror. Try to park in the green section which is closest to the Peak 9 Inn elevators.
Peak 9 Inn parking is restricted to permit use only and YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED WITHOUT A PERMIT! Display the permit in your vehicle at all times. We are not responsible for any autos parked in unauthorized areas without a permit. If you need parking, you must let us know 72 hours in advance to reserve a space for you. There is an $18/night parking fee. You must place your permit next to a little black box in order to open the garage door. Only one vehicle is allowed thru each time so be careful as to not damage your car by trying to follow another.

Your permit will expire at 11am on your departure date and will not allow you to leave the garage without contacting maintenance and paying a fine. Your permit and your keys must be returned to Ski Colorado Vacation Rentals by 11am or a $50 fine will be issued. As a reminder, check out time is 10am. DO NOT return the parking permit in a designated box in the garage as that is NOT for our use. If you wish to ski either prior to check in time or after check out time, we suggest you park near the Gondola for $10/day.
Before arriving at Peak 9 Inn, you must first pick up your keys and parking permit if needed at Ski Colorado Vacation Rentals (SCVR) located at 245 S. Ridge Street, Suite 3A in Breckenridge. From Main Street in Breckenridge, turn east (left) onto Washington Street and then south (right) onto Ridge Street. SCVR is on the NW corner of Adams and Ridge. Check in is after 4pm and keys will not be available prior to that time. SCVR is open 8:00AM – 8:00PM everyday during the ski season although there is not always someone at the office. There is an after hours check in box labeled “mail” located near the east door facing Ridge Street that will have a package labeled with only your name if you arrive when their office is closed. THIS IS ALSO THE AFTER HOURS BOX TO RETURN YOUR KEYS AND PARKING PERMIT UPON YOUR DEPARTURE. There is a $50 permit replacement fee if you do not return your parking permit upon your departure to the office of SCVR so be sure to label them as yours if you leave them in the box. The keys are electronic and will get you into the fitness room and pool areas as well as the condo. If you lose a key, please contact us for a replacement. There is a $10 key reprogram fee plus a $15 Service fee if the key must be delivered to you. The push button lock on the door of the condo is not activated and you will not be using it during your stay.
Phone Use: The phone number for the unit is (970) 547-2334. You will need a calling card, prepaid phone card or a credit card to make any long distance phone calls. There is voicemail on the phone however you will be asked to delete any messages you have before you depart – directions to do so are on the phone.
ACCEPTANCE OF THIS CONFIRMATION AND POLICIES IS DEMONSTRATED BY PAYMENT OF INITIAL DEPOSIT AND CONSTITUTES AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE RENTER AND BRECKENRIDGE CONDO RENTALS, INC. TO RENT PEAK 9 INN AT THE VILLAGE OF BRECKENRIDGE, UNIT #.
A. An amount equal to fifty percent of the total balance is due upon reservation as an initial deposit. If this deposit is not received within seven days of a written or verbal agreement of reservation, the reservation will be automatically canceled. Final payment is due thirty days prior to your arrival or the due date printed on your confirmation/initial deposit receipt. Failure to make final payment by the due date will be considered a cancellation. There is a cleaning fee of $100.00 added to all reservations. All monies paid toward the reservation will be retained by Breckenridge Condo Rentals, Inc.. Deposits may be placed in an interest-bearing account and any interest earned on funds shall be income earned by Breckenridge Condo Rentals, Inc..
B. Upon final payment, a refundable $500 security/damage deposit or credit card authorization for damages is require on all reservations. If the following provisions are met, your security deposit will be refunded 14 days after your departure or no additional charges will be made to your card:
1) No damage is done to the unit or it’s contents including but not limited to furniture, appliances, towels and linens, carpet, lost keys, or excessive cleaning necessary.
2) Dishes must be washed and the trash thrown away in the dumpster near the parking lot prior to your departure.
3) Keys are returned to SCVR by 11am and unit’s windows and doors are closed and locked.
4) There is no evidence of pets or smoking in the unit.
5) The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the unit has not been exceeded.
6) Check-in and Check-out times have been honored.
Repair or replacement costs for damaged or lost items or additional cleaning charges will be taken from your security deposit or credit card authorization if such damages are found. If damages exceed the security deposit amount, you agree to pay full repair/replacement costs.
C. If for any reason, you should need to cancel your reservation there is a $100 Cancellation Fee. If the cancellation occurs sixty days prior to your scheduled arrival, your initial deposit less the $100.00 Cancellation Fee will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within sixty days of your scheduled arrival, all monies paid toward the reservation will be retained by Breckenridge Condo Rentals, Inc. unless the unit can be rented to another party for the same dates as the original reservation. If the unit is re-rented during the reserved dates, the rate it was rented for by the new guest, less the $100.00 cancellation fee, will be refunded. Failure to make final payment by the due date will be considered a cancellation.
D. Unused accommodations caused by either late arrival or early departure or for “no shows” for any reason whatsoever, are not refundable including but not limited to weather related issues, cancelled flights and road closures. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
E. The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the unit is 4. If the maximum number of guests allowed is exceeded without management approval, you will be charged a minimum $250 fee.
F. Check in is after 4pm. Keys and parking permit will not be available prior to that time. SCVR is open 8:00AM – 8:00PM everyday during the ski season however there may be times where the staff is not at the office but rather helping guests at a different location. There is a check in box labeled MAIL (Breckenridge does not have door to door postal service which is why they can use this box). The box is located near their door that will have a package labeled with only your name if you arrive when their office is closed. THIS IS ALSO THE AFTER HOURS BOX TO RETURN YOUR KEYS AND PARKING PERMIT UPON YOUR DEPARTURE. Check-out time is 10:00am or earlier. Because of scheduling issues with our professional cleaners to prepare the unit for our next guests, we cannot offer late check-outs. Failure to check-out on time will result in a $50 fee. We appreciate your cooperation. Please let us know immediately if there are any problems with the unit once you arrive or during your stay.
G. There is a $50 Key/Parking Permit Replacement Fee for any key or parking permit lost or not returned upon your departure to SCVR office in Breckenridge.
H. Prior to your arrival, our condominium is professionally cleaned and fresh towels and linens are provided. The Village at Breckenridge offers towels for your use while you are at the pool or hot tubs that are meant to be left in the pool area. There are no daily linen or towel exchanges. If you desire a mid-week linen or towel exchange, it can be offered for an additional $50 fee or a full clean for $100. There are laundry facilities near the elevators. A starter supply of hand and dish soaps as well as paper goods are placed in the unit in preparation to your arrival. Depending on your usage, you may need to purchase additional supplies. To keep down our costs and yours, we ask that before you leave you please clean the dishes and throw away all of your trash in the trash chute by the garage elevator.
I. In the event of a maintenance issue, Breckenridge Condo Rentals, Inc. reserves the right to enter the unit or allow a contractor to enter the unit to assess and attempt to handle the problem in a timely and professional manner.
J. Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuable valuables of any kind. All items left behind by any and all guests are the sole responsibility of the guest. If a lost item is found and you wish for it to be mailed to you, you will be charged a $25 Service Fee in addition to the cost of postage and packaging. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise and items provided for guests use.
K. Management and Homeowner shall not be held liable to the guest, guest’s guests, invitees or any other person for any accidents, injury, illnesses, loss or damage to personal property that occur while on the premises or its facilities or from use of any items provided for guests such as but not limited to sporting equipment.
L. For the comfort and health of all our guests, we do not allow smoking or pets in our condominium. A $300 non-compliance fee will be charged if this policy is violated.
