You won't find a more perfect location for a ski in/out condominium in Breckenridge. The Liftside in The Village is coined "Where the mountain meets Breckenridge."
You walk out to Breckenridge's six person chair lift, Quicksilver at Peak 9, or step out onto The Village plaza for some of the town's best dining and where the shops begin. With this luxury condominium, you can enjoy an indoor pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs, along with a fitness center, game room, spa services and ski rentals. There is a heated parking garage too.

Our unit is on the sixth of seven floors in The Liftside and the views are incredible. You will begin each day with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sun rising over the Continential Divide and Mount Baldy and end your day with a romantic view of the town's festive lights. It is the perfect place for the ultimate ski vacation!

Breckenridge is known for it's world class skiing and is considered by many a hidden treasure in the summer. The flowers in the spring and the foliage in the fall are just fabulous. Our intent is to make your vacation a memorable one. By staying in one of the nicest condos in Breckenridge, we hope you will enjoy comfort and convenience in an affordable way.

Amenities

The indoor/outdoor pool with deck and patio as well as 4 hot tubs are open year round. Located right next to the spa and fitness area, it is a perfect way to end a great day! A shower room with towels is provided.

This condo is decorated with class...it has berber carpet, tiled floors in the kitchen and bathroom and lots of natural wood accents. One wall in the living area is all window to provide a beautiful bright sunny room. There is a queen size sofa sleeper with a cozy chair to enjoy one of many family games we have provided or to watch cable TV. Wireless internet access is also available.

The queen size bed is quite cozy with lots of warm blankets and pillows. There is a large closet with an iron and ironing board, a humidifier and a fan. There is also a set of drawers next to the bed and inside the bathroom area.

	The bathroom is separated into three rooms...a shower room with a warming lamp, a toilet room and a room with double sinks. Linens and towels are provided.

Finally, the kitchen has tiled countertops and floors with a breakfast bar too. It is supplied with all the conveniences for you during your stay. It has a variety of cookware, utensils and dishes to make your favorite meal and extras such as a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and more.

This condo is professionally cleaned and we provide towels and linens for your use during your stay. There are also coin operated laundry machines on the same floor but around the corner from our unit. For the comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow smoking or pets.

Finally, directly in front of the complex is a stop for the town's free shuttle bus that can take you throughout Breckenridge and even connect you to free bus services to other area resorts such as Arapahoe Basin, Keystone or Copper Mountain. The bus system can also take you to the towns of Frisco, Dillon and Silverthorne - home of the Factory Outlet stores.

Location/Area

This condo is in the Liftside at the Village on South Park Avenue on the South end of town. It is at the base of the Quick Silver Lifts on Peak 9. Below the lifts is Maggie Pond - an outdoor ice rink in the winter and a place for paddle boats and concerts in the summer. Also at Maggie Pond, the downtown shopping begins with restaurants, art galleries, clothing stores, jewelry stores, recreational equipment rentals and so much more!

We are about 1 block away from a small local grocery store or you can take the bus or walk about 35 minutes to a larger grocery store on the north end of town.

There are three ice skating rinks in Breckenridge. One is located at the Breckenridge Recreation Center where you can also find a rock climbing wall, racquet ball, tennis courts, basketball courts, two huge pools - one with a large slide and fountain (great for small children), weight rooms, exercise rooms and more. The other iceskating spot is just four blocks to the east of us and there is an indoor and an outdoor rink to enjoy.

A perfect sledding hill for all ages is located behind the local elementary school - it is about a 15 minute walk.

There are over 50 miles of bike trails throughout Summit County that start just a few blocks away and can take you all the way to Vail.

Hiking Trails are just up the slope of the resort as it backs to National Forest. There are several others throughout Summit County.

Breckenridge is about a 20 minute drive to the Frisco Marina of Lake Dillon where boats, kayaks and canoes can all be rented.
