Location:
Our condominium is in the Peak 9 Inn (formally known as Liftside) at The Village of Breckenridge complex and is located at 535 South Park Avenue, Unit #4604. It is on the sixth floor (4th building of The Village, unit #604.)
Directions:
Breckenridge is located approximately 110 miles from Denver. From Denver, travel west on I-70 to Exit 203 (Frisco and Breckenridge Exit). Go south on Highway 9 for 10 miles to Breckenridge. You will first need to stop at AM Services to pick up the keys and a parking permit (see Keys below for directions). After you have your keys, return to HWY 9 going south (left from parking lot of AM Services.) HWY 9 branches off to the right before a roundabout - continue on HWY9 to avoid traffic or continue straight to drive down Main Street. The roundabout and fourth stop light through the town of Breckenridge are where Park Avenue/HWY 9 connect with Main Street.
Following HWY 9, you will go through two lights and as the road begins to curve east, you will see a tall building on the right hand side of the road with an oval "Village at Breckenridge" sign - that is the Peak 9 Inn building. The clock tower is to the east or left of it. Turn right into the drop off area and proceed into the garage.
If you choose to go down Main Street, go straight through the roundabout and continue south. At the fourth stoplight, turn west (right) onto Park Avenue. About half a block down on the left you will see Peak 9 Inn (immediately after The Village Hotel.) Turn left into the drop off area and proceed into the garage. You will need your parking permit to get into the heated section and you must keep it on your mirror during your stay.
Parking:
The Peak 9 Inn parking is restricted to permit use only and YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED WITHOUT A PERMIT!!! Display the permit on your rear view mirror at all times. We are not responsible for any autos parked in unauthorized areas without a permit. If you need parking, you must let us know in advance to reserve a space for you. There is a $15/night parking fee. You will receive a permit (if you requested one) along with your keys upon arriving at AM Services in Breckenridge.
To get into the heated section of the garage, place your permit next to a little black box near the garage door on the driver's side to activate the garage door opener. Only one vehicle is allowed through each time so be careful not to damage your car by trying to follow another one.
Your permit will expire at 11am on your departure date and will not allow you to leave the garage without contacting maintenance and paying a fine. If you wish to stay parked longer than 11am on your departure date, you must go to the HOA office located on the north side of the Wetterhorn building of the Village at Breckenridge (the clock tower building) during normal business hours Monday-Friday. If space is available, they can issue a day pass for an additional fee. Your permit and keys must be returned to AM Services by 11am or a $50 fine will be issued because this is the ONLY parking permit we have for all of our guests. As a reminder our check out time is 10am. Do NOT return the parking permit in a designated box in the garage as that it not for our use.
Keys:
Before arriving at Peak 9 Inn, you must first pick up your keys and parking permit at AM Services located in the Summit Ridge Center in Breckenridge. Check-in is after 4pm and keys are not available prior to that time. AM Services is open 9:30AM – 6:00PM everyday during the ski season. There is an after hours white mail box located to the left of their door that will have a package labeled for you if you arrive when their office is closed. THIS IS ALSO THE AFTER HOURS BOX TO RETURN YOUR KEYS UPON YOUR DEPARTURE. There is a $50 parking permit replacement fee if you do not return your parking permit upon your departure to the office of AM Services so be sure to label them as yours if you leave them in the box. The keys are electronic and will also get you into the condo as well as the fitness room and pool areas. If you lose a key, please contact AM Services for a replacement. (The push button lock on the unit door is not activated and will not be in use during your stay.)
AM Services is located on Highway 9 as you enter Breckenridge from I-70 in the Summit Ridge Center’s second floor in unit #204. For GPS users the address is 11072 HWY 9 suite #204. It is on the east side (left) of the highway after you pass the first stop light (at Valley Brook Rd). There is a sign between the parking lot and HWY 9 marking the Summit Ridge Center. There is a median preventing a direct turn coming from the north so you must go to the second light and make a U turn by the 7-11 gas station on County Rd 450. The office is located on the second floor (above the Animal Clinic) in the middle of the long balcony. Take the stairs on the left side and at the top turn right where you will see double glass doors. There is a sign, “AM Services” or "AMS" on the door.
Phone Use:
The phone number in the unit is (970)547-2334. Local calls are free however you will need a calling card or credit card to make any long distance calls. Cell phone reception is also quite good throughout Breckenridge. Please remove any messages you receive on the voice mail system before you depart.

Policies:
ACCEPTANCE OF THIS CONFIRMATION AND POLICIES IS DEMONSTRATED BY PAYMENT OF INITIAL DEPOSIT AND CONSTITUTES AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE RENTER AND BRECKENRIDGE CONDO RENTALS, INC. TO RENT PEAK 9 INN AT THE VILLAGE OF BRECKENRIDGE, UNIT #4604 .
- An amount equal to fifty percent of the total balance is due upon reservation as an initial deposit. If this deposit is not received within seven days of a written or verbal agreement of reservation, the reservation will be automatically canceled. Final payment is due thirty days prior to your arrival or the due date printed on your confirmation/initial deposit receipt. Failure to make final payment by the due date will be considered a cancellation. There is a cleaning fee of $65.00 added to all reservations. All monies paid toward the reservation will be retained by Breckenridge Condo Rentals, Inc.. Deposits may be placed in an interest-bearing account and any interest earned on funds shall be income earned by Breckenridge Condo Rentals, Inc..
- Upon final payment, a refundable $500 security/damage deposit or a non-refundable $49 Property Protection Insurance Plan provided through Homeaway.com is required for all reservations. If there are no damages, lost or stolen items, your security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure. If damages exceed the security deposit amount, you agree to pay full repair/replacement costs.
- If for any reason, you should need to cancel your reservation there is a $100 Cancellation Fee. If the cancellation occurs sixty days prior to your scheduled arrival, your initial deposit less the $100.00 Cancellation Fee will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within sixty days of your scheduled arrival, all monies paid toward the reservation will be retained by Breckenridge Condo Rentals, Inc. unless the unit can be rented during the same dates and number of days of your entire reservation. If the unit is re-rented during your original reservation, your full deposit, less the $100.00 cancellation fee, will be returned. Failure to make final payment by the due date will be considered a cancellation.
- Unused accommodations caused by either late arrival or early departure or for “no shows” for any reason whatsoever, are not refundable including but not limited to weather closures. Travel insurance is strongly advised.
- Check-in time is 4:00pm or later. Check-out time is 10:00am or earlier. Because of scheduling issues with our professional cleaners to prepare the unit for our next guests, we cannot be flexible on this policy. We appreciate your cooperation. Please let us know immediately if there are any problems with the unit once you arrive or during your stay.
- There is a $50 Key Replacement Fee for any key or parking permit lost or not returned upon your departure to AM Services office located in the Summit Ridge Center in Breckenridge.
- Prior to your arrival, our condominium is professionally cleaned and fresh towels and linens are provided. To keep down our costs and yours, we ask that before you leave you clean the dishes and throw away all of your trash.
- Management is not responsible for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. All items left behind by any and all guests are the sole responsibility of the guest.
- If sleds are provided in the unit, you may use them at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injury or damages caused by the use of those sleds. Sledding can be very dangerous, please use caution.
- For the comfort and health of all our guests, we do not allow smoking or pets in our condominium. A $500.00 non-compliance charge in addition to but not limited to the actual cleaning costs for carpet, upholstery and drycleaning will be added to your bill (separate from the security deposit) if this policy is violated.
