Our peaceful condo is surrounded by evergreens with the sweet smell of pine and the fresh air of the mountains.
It is just a short walk (about 400 yards) to the Peak 9 Quick Silver Lifts and two blocks from the quaint historic downtown Breckenridge. It is perfect for couples and small families looking for a mountain getaway.

Breckenridge is known for it's world class skiing and is considered by many a hidden treasure in the summer. The flowers in the spring and the foliage in the fall are just fabulous. Our intent is to make your vacation a memorable one. By staying in one of the nicest condos in Breckenridge, we hope you will enjoy comfort and convenience in an affordable way.

Amenities

There is a pool house 20 yards away that has a large outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, two indoor Jacuzzis and shower rooms that are all available to use throughout the ski season and again from Memorial Day thru Labor Day.

Inside, this condo is decorated Colorado Style with rustic log accents, art from local artists, a romantic gas fireplace, and cozy couches.

There is cable TV in both the bedroom and living area. The living area has a DVD/VCR player and we have lots of board games and books. We have wireless high speed internet as well.

	The bedroom has huge brand new memory foam king size bed piled with pillows and as many warm blankets as you will need. There is an antique rocker, dresser, and a full mirrored closet. Along with the TV, there is a VCR too.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of cookware, utensils and dishes to make everything from a Thanksgiving feast to our kids' favorite - macaroni and cheese.

The refrigerator has an icemaker. We have a dishwasher, a microwave, coffee maker, crock pot and blender. There is a large pantry too!

This condo is professionally cleaned and we provide towels and linens for your use during your stay. There are also coin operated laundry machines in the building. For the comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow smoking or pets.

Finally, directly across the street is a stop for the town's free shuttle bus that can take you throughout Breckenridge and even connect you to free bus services to other area resorts such as Arapahoe Basin, Keystone or Copper Mountain. The shuttle can get you closer to the lifts if you choose not to walk or bring you home after a long day of skiing. The bus system can also take you to the towns of Frisco, Dillon and Silverthorne - home of the Factory Outlet stores.

Location/Area

This condo is in the Lance's West Complex on Broken Lance Drive - just one block west of Main Street on the South end of town. It is a 5 minute walk to the Quick Silver Lifts on Peak 9. Below the lifts is Maggie Pond - an outdoor ice rink in the winter and a place for paddle boats and concerts in the summer. Also at Maggie Pond, the downtown shopping begins with restaurants, art galleries, clothing stores, jewelry stores, recreational equipment rentals and so much more!

We are about 5 blocks away from a small local grocery store or you can take the bus or walk about 35 minutes to a larger grocery store on the north end of town.

There are three ice skating rinks in Breckenridge. One is located at the Breckenridge Recreation Center where you can also find a rock climbing wall, racquet ball, tennis courts, basketball courts, two huge pools - one with a large slide and fountain (great for small children), weight rooms, exercise rooms and more. The other iceskating spot is just three blocks to the east of us and there is an indoor and an outdoor rink to enjoy.

A perfect sledding hill for all ages is located behind the local elementary school - it is about a 15 minute walk and we have provided sleds for your use during your stay.

There are over 50 miles of bike trails throughout Summit County that start just a few blocks away and can take you all the way to Vail.

Hiking Trails are just up the slope of the resort as it backs to National Forest. There are several others throughout Summit County.

Breckenridge is about a 20 minute drive to the Frisco Marina of Lake Dillon where boats, kayaks and canoes can all be rented.
