Location:
Our condominium is in the Beaver Run complex and is located at 611 Village Road, Unit #26180. It is on the sixth and seventh floors of Building 2. The resort registration desk is at 620 Village Road, across the street from Building 2.

Directions:
Breckenridge is located approximately 110 miles from Denver. From Denver, travel west on I-70 to Exit 203 (Frisco and Breckenridge Exit). Go south on Highway 9 for 10 miles to Breckenridge. HWY 9 branches off to the right before a traffic roundabout – follow the branch and continue to stay on HWY 9/North Park Avenue to avoid traffic. You will go thru two traffic lights. After the second light, look for a brown sign for Peak 9. Turn right at the sign onto Village Road. Go up the hill about two blocks and pass the first Beaver Run sign on the right. Turn left into the entrance after the second Beaver Run sign located in front of the registration parking area on the left at 620 Village Road. You will need to park in the registration parking area to go in and get your keys and parking permit at the registration desk. If you go under the “Skywalk” that connects the buildings, you have missed the registration parking area.

Parking:
Beaver Run has a parking garage that is parking by permit only. Up to two parking permits can be issued for the condo at the registration desk. You will need your room key to open the garage door in order to enter and leave the garage. Parking is best for our building on levels 2 and 4. The elevator is on the east end of the parking garage and you will take the elevator to the sixth level to get to the condo. Our condo, is at the other end of the hallway from the garage elevator. There is also outdoor parking behind the complex which once you enter the building, the elevator for building 2 is around the corner to the left (east). This elevator does not offer garage access however it is closer to the room and will be the main elevator you use to get to and from the complex amenities. You may have a slightly shorter walk to take your luggage to the room if you choose to park temporarily outside.

Keys:
When you arrive at Beaver Run, you must first visit the Registration desk to pick up your keys and a parking permit. You will be required to give the desk authorization to use your credit card for services that might be charged to your room such as phone calls, internet use, pay per view, concierge services and such. THEY WILL NOT ISSUE YOUR KEYS WITHOUT SUCH AUTHORIZATION. The keys are electronic and will get you into the garage as well as your condo. Please return the keys to the front desk or in the box in the parking garage upon your departure. There are also two keys hanging on the back of the main door of the condo that are for our unit’s ski locker located next to the Beaver Run lift. The locker is the same number as the room and is located to the left of the door when you walk into the locker area. We offer two sets of these keys for your convenience. If these keys are lost, there will be a $25 replacement fee.

Phone Use:
The phone number for all Beaver Run guests is 970-453-6000 and ask for room number 26180. Any calls made from the phone will be billed to your room account upon check-out.

Policies:
ACCEPTANCE OF THIS CONFIRMATION AND POLICIES IS DEMONSTRATED BY PAYMENT OF INITIAL DEPOSIT AND CONSTITUTES AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE RENTER AND BRECKENRIDGE CONDO RENTALS, INC. TO RENT BEAVER RUN RESORT, UNIT #2-6180.

  1. An amount equal to fifty percent of the total balance is due upon reservation as an initial deposit. If this deposit is not received within seven days of a written or verbal agreement of reservation, the reservation will be automatically canceled. Final payment is due thirty days prior to your arrival or the due date printed on your confirmation/initial deposit receipt. Failure to make final payment by the due date will be considered a cancellation. There is a cleaning fee of $95.00 added to all reservations. All monies paid toward the reservation will be retained by Breckenridge Condo Rentals, Inc.. Deposits may be placed in an interest-bearing account and any interest earned on funds shall be income earned by Breckenridge Condo Rentals, Inc..

  2. Upon final payment, a credit card authorization is required on all reservations to serve as a damage deposit. Repair/Replacement costs of any damaged, lost or stolen items will be charged to your account if damage or lost/stolen items are discovered upon your departure. If there are no damages, lost or stolen items, nothing will be charged.

  3. If for any reason, you should need to cancel your reservation there is a $100 Cancellation Fee. If the cancellation occurs forty five days prior to your scheduled arrival, your initial deposit less the $100.00 Cancellation Fee will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within forty five days of your scheduled arrival, all monies paid toward the reservation will be retained by Breckenridge Condo Rentals, Inc. unless the unit can be rented during the same dates and number of days of your entire reservation. If the unit is re-rented during your original reservation, your full deposit, less the $100.00 cancellation fee, will be returned. Failure to make final payment by the due date will be considered a cancellation. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

  4. Unused accommodations caused by either late arrival or early departure or for “no shows” for any reason whatsoever, are not refundable. We do not refund for weather related problems such as canceled flights.

  5. Check-in time is 4:00pm or later. Check-out time is 10:00am or earlier. Because of scheduling issues with our professional cleaners to prepare the unit for our next guests, we cannot be flexible on this policy. We appreciate your cooperation. Please let us know immediately if there are any problems with the unit once you arrive or during your stay.

  6. There is a $25 Key Replacement Fee for any ski locker key lost or not returned upon your departure.

  7. Prior to your arrival, our condominium is professionally cleaned and fresh towels and linens are provided. To keep down our costs and yours, we ask that before you leave you clean the dishes and throw away all of your trash in the trash chute by the garage elevator.

  8. Management is not responsible for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. All items left behind by any and all guests are the sole responsibility of the guest.

  9. If sleds are left inside the unit, you may use them at your own risk. Recognize that sledding can be extremely dangerous so precautions should be taken. Breckenridge Condo Rentals, Inc. will not be responsible for any injury caused or damage caused by a guest's use of sleds.

  10. For the comfort and health of all our guests, we do not allow smoking or pets in our condominium. A $500.00 non-compliance charge in addition to but not limited to the actual cleaning costs for carpet, upholstery and drycleaning will be added to your bill (separate from the security deposit) if this policy is violated.
