Imagine yourself sitting six stories high enjoying the mountain fresh air on our south facing balcony with panoramic views of the continental divide. You watch the boarders and skiers enjoy the mountain.

You decide to join them so you walk down to the ski lockers right next to the Beaver Run lift to retrieve your skis.

On your way you pass the large indoor/outdoor pool with several outdoor hot tubs, steam room,and sauna which you decide will be your family's apres ski treat.

Your spouse is working out in the exercise room nearby and reminds you of the appointment you two have at the on site full service spa for a massage later in the day.

The kids will be getting ski lessons and can stay at the licensed child care facility at Kinderhut while you two get to enjoy some time to yourselves.

You pass the game room with video arcade games, air hockey, pool and a 9 hole miniature golf course and the kids beg to play some games after skiing.

You realize you forgot you sunscreen at home so you stop at the convenience store to pick up some before you head outside.
You pick up your skis and immediately get in line at the Beaver Run Lift on Peak 9. Several skiers are enjoying a cup of hot cocoa at the Coppertop Cafe next to the lift (just one of three restaurants at Beaver Run) and you remind your kids lunch is still a few hours away. You are on the lift and ready to ski - amazed by the beauty of the Rocky Mountains and the convenience of all those amenities just steps away from your condo.

This will be your experience at Beaver Run and we offer it to you at a significant discount from resort prices. Our condo is bright and spacious with vaulted ceilings and skylights in the living area.


Decorated true Colorado style, you can sit on our cozy couch and enjoy the warmth and comfort of the wood burning fireplace surrounded by antique skis and snow shoes. The couch turns into a queen sofa sleeper that has a seven inch mattress for extra comfort.


You can enjoy watching the peaceful snowfall thru the balcony door in the living area. The view from the balcony is unbeatable as you can see two ski lifts and the Continental Divide. There is a TV by the fireplace and the resort offers pay per view movies and games. We also have a cupboard full of fun family games and childrens' books to help create wonderful family vacation memories.

Our antler chandelier and rustic kitchen table that can seat up to 10, adds to the ambiance of mountain living. The kitchen has granite countertops, with a stone backsplash and is fully equipped with everything you would need from a microwave, range oven, large refrigerator as well as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, crock pot and waffle iron. We also have an infant seat that attaches to the countertop for the convenience of parents with young ones.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has the same gorgeous view of the Divide with a large comfy king size bed covered with a thick fleece lined comforter and lots of soft pillows. This room has an authentic original Breckenridge ski lift as a chair and it is decorated with an elegant bear motif. There is a large dresser with a TV on it and the closet has an iron with ironing board, a portable crib, as well as a humidifier. Inside the bedroom is a full bathroom with tall granite countertops and an updated tiled shower tub and floors.

Down the hall with several historic Breckenridge pictures dressed in barnwood, there is a second full bathroom with similar amenities including a hairdryer.

Finally, the second bedroom also has beautiful mountain views as well as views of the downtown lights. There are two queen beds dressed in moose coverlets and plenty of warm blankets and fluffy pillows for a wonderful nights sleep.
There is a huge closet again with a humidifier and this one has a bin of toys for kids too. There are two dressers and a TV with a DVD/VCR for your viewing pleasure.

The resort offers wireless internet and pay-per-view TV and games. There are coin operated laundry facilities and the condo is professionally cleaned after each guest. Linens and towels are provided. For the comfort of all our guests and the health of our family, we do not allow smoking or pets.

Breckenridge is known for it's world class skiing and is considered by many a hidden treasure in the summer. The flowers in the spring and the foliage in the fall are just fabulous. Other Amenities

Directly in front of the lobby is a stop for the town's free shuttle bus that can take you throughout Breckenridge and even connect you to free bus services to other area resorts such as Arapahoe Basin, Keystone or Copper Mountain. The bus system can also take you to the towns of Frisco, Dillon and Silverthorne - home of the Factory Outlet stores.

Beaver Run Resort also offers a unique amenity...its own personal shuttle service in Breckenridge so whether you want to be dropped off at a particular store or picked up from a restaurant after dinner, you simply need to call the Beaver Run shuttle and they will take you there or pick you up - its an amazing service!

Location/Area

This condo is in the Beaver Run Resort in Building 2, on the sixth and seventh floors - near the end closest to the "Skywalk". The address is 611 Village Road and it is just two blocks west of Park Avenue/Hwy 9 on the South end of town. Below the lifts is Maggie Pond - an outdoor ice rink in the winter and a place for paddle boats and concerts in the summer. Also at Maggie Pond, the downtown shopping begins with restaurants, art galleries, clothing stores, jewelry stores, recreational equipment rentals and so much more!

We are about a 5 minute drive from a large City Market grocery store on the north end of town.

There are two year round ice skating rinks in Breckenridge. One is located at the Breckenridge Recreation Center where you can also find a rock climbing wall, racquet ball, basketball courts, two huge pools - one with a large slide and fountain (great for small children), exercise classes and more. The other iceskating spot is located on Boras Pass Drive just one block east of Main Street and there is an indoor and an outdoor rink to enjoy.

A perfect sledding hill for all ages is located behind the local elementary school and we have provided sleds for your use during your stay.

There are over 50 miles of bike trails throughout Summit County that start just a few blocks away and can take you all the way to Vail.

Hiking Trails are just up the slope of the resort as it backs to National Forest. There are several others throughout Summit County.

Breckenridge is about a 20 minute drive to the Frisco Marina of Lake Dillon where boats, kayaks and canoes can all be rented.
