Breckenridge lured Gary and I many times thru work, friends and vacations until finally in 1998 we purchased the one bedroom Lances West condominium. After a year of renovations and few rentals, we decided to rent on our own and became one of the first units to be marketed by the then Denver owned www.VRBO.com - today's largest vacation rental by owner website.
For years we kept turning away business as we were booked far in advance and so we approached some other owners in the Lances West complex and we agreed to manage their properties as well and Breckenridge Condo Rentals, Inc. was created. Our success helped motivate us six years later with a new baby in tow, we decided we wanted something a bit closer to the lifts and went on to purchase the Liftside condominium. Loving everything about Liftside except for the size of the unit and we decided we were due for yet another upgrade in 2007. We knew we wanted a ski in/out unit that was within walking distance to town, we wanted views,covered parking,a swimming pool with hot tubs, a fireplace and more space so we went for our ultimate purchase of a two bedroom at the Beaver Run Resort. In only a short month's time, a complete renovation made the Beaver Run unit everything we ever wanted in the other units with the feel of an all inclusive resort. There are great memories our family holds in each location. As our family grew, so did my responsibilities. With family as our top priority, we ended our management of the other units and decided to focus on our own. Through the years we have learned what we would want if we were vacationing in Breckenridge and have tried to be sure our guests have every need met. By keeping our business small, we have the ability to take extra care of all the details necessary to provide quality vacation rental homes.
